Horsham is a historic and affluent market town with a vibrant town centre and excellent schools. The town benefits from strong transport links to London, Gatwick Airport and the south coast. Situated in West Sussex, Horsham is strategically located 40 miles south of Central London, 23 miles north of Brighton and 9 miles west of Crawley.

Horsham has excellent road communications, primarily due to the A24 trunk-road, which is situated west of the town centre, providing the principle route to Central London, Dorking and Leatherhead in the north and the coast in the south.

Gatwick International Airport is located 9 miles to the north east of the town and is easily accessible via the M23. Horsham is a popular London commuter town, with regular direct rail services to London Victoria and London Bridge, and up to 8 services an hour at peak time, with a fastest journey time of 50 minutes.
